  I imagine a bigger company with higher overhead would have trouble beating their price, and maybe their personalized customer service as well.

  The owner herself showed up with her son, right on time, and they fixed the blinds with no problem. They even threw in a couple of pieces of hardware to anchor my back door blind for no extra charge. I would use this company again and…
