Damaged my brand new sofa but did get it repaired

Had them move a new sofa and it got damaged during transport. They worked with us to get it repaired and the feet replaced - Jason was very nice and helpful.

please consider a different moving company. these guys don't know anything about moving. its like i hired 2 guys off the street to move my furniture. nothing professional about them. they did not wrap any of the furniture with blankets…
