Off The Top Hair Salon

“Off the Top” has been in operation since 1996 and is owned and operated by Priscilla “Prissy” McKelvey. We are Full Service Hair Salon for men, women, and children. We specialize in men’s and women’s haircuts as well as foil highlighting, coloring, perms, Brazilian Blowouts, keratin complex treatments and facial waxing. All of our stylists update their skills on a regular basis by attending hair shows and professional training workshops.
